This new layer created in 2020 comprises all annexation records housed by the Island County Assessor’s office. All efforts were put forth to locate all historical records accompanied by scanned PDF copies outlining all legal descriptions, year of annexation, and internal notes. Edits are to be made by the GIS Administrator as annexations must pass thru this office
