Abstract 
                            This layer shows the current Land Use Designations in the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning, and Rural Areas of more Intensive Development (RAID). This was adopted 12/13/2016 under Ordinance C-141-16.
Purpose 
                            This layer is used by Island County for Zoning regulation and Planning purposes, pursuit to ICC 17.03. This was adopted 12/13/2016 under Ordinance C-141-16.This 
Expected Uses/Use Limitations:
This layer is accurate to the parcel level.  Some parcels may be slightly shifted due to geo-referencing errors.  Any shifting that has occurred is expected to be less than 15 feet in any direction.
